What was the highlight of Coron Bancuang Mansion

Wonderful

The place was amazing, wifi worked and the pool was a great addition. Location was perfect, slightly away from the crowded streets but still with restaurants around. Staff were wonderful, bed was really comfy and it was clean.

Didn't bother us at all, and I had seem some similar reviews mentioning the stairs. Its just worth noting there is no lift and this place has tree house vibes with around 7 levels. If you struggle with stairs avoid but we loved the feel of it. They will also carry your luggage up for you.

Good

The hotel stay was generally quite good.

The airconditioner in one of our rooms was not great. The restaurant staff were poorly trained. Meals in the resto were only average and a little too expensive for what they were. the hotel was a little disorganised.

Perfect stay in Coron!

Great, location, 10min walk downtown. They also have a nice pool. Staff was really helpful, organized a shared van for airport transfer. Also they organized the ultimate tour for us. Free coffee and juice in the morning

For the ultimate tour we had to wait almost 1 hour at the Harbour for other people to join. Pick up was at 8am and your ultimately started around 9:30. However the tour itself was great!

Great stay 10min walk away from the pier

The room was spacious and clean, we loved that there were more beds and a couch, easy when we needed to organize our things or just lay/ sit down and rewind. We loved the mini fridge and water bottles, also a possiblity to refill our water on the premises. Great little pool outside.

We tried the breakfast there and it was not the best, thought that the value for money was not there. Our room did have windows but they had staff facilities behind them, some noise too.

Neat hotel with its own style

The architecture and design of the hotel was special in its own way. It have a great view over the bay and a nice and comfy pool area. The rooms are spacious, well equiped and the bed is big and comfy.

The bathroom would need a makeover and please add a bigger sink and places to store the toilettries.

Great value

I will say this hotel is great value for your money. AC works, hot water works, they have a free refill water station, the beds were comfortable, rooms are quiet and the hotel was maintained well from what we saw.

As other people would say the steps can be an issue for some. We are a fit couple who love to hike for fun so the steps were totally fine for us. No big deal at all. However, if you are not in shape or have any type of injury do not book this hotel. Although I did hear that they allowed another women to upgrade her room for free so she didn’t not have to climb stairs so that was nice of the staff. We stayed 4 nights and asked for towels 3 times that never arrived at our room. We didn’t think the breakfast was worth it. There are so many other great restaurants in coron to try instead! Also bummed they don’t give free coffee. It’s nice to be provided with free coffee in the lobby but here it’s only for guests who want the breakfast which we did not like.

Wonderful

We loved this hotel! We booked for the first night then ended up staying the full 7 nights that'd we'd planned in Coron. The staff we super lovely, polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, everything worked. We lovedddd the breakfasts, all of the food/drinks were great. The location was perfect. Great wifi, hot showers, great aircon and lovely pool.

Spacious room. Clean

The room was very noisy. It was right next to the bar/kitchen so we could hear them packing up in the evening and setting up early. Also you can hear all the traffic and staff chatting constantly. It was hard to sleep. Pillows not very comfortable

Quiet, confortable, very clean hotel.

Location, 5 min/50 pesos to the restaurants and bars in town centre. Room with a vie to the bay below and the Coron island beyond. Great staff. it is a multilevel property with restaurant and bar both with a beautiful view. will stay again when back to Coron.

No lift. a bit of stairs if room is in the upper floors.

Could be a Steong 4.6 star hotel, but lack of internet signal makes it a 4.

Conveniently located to the town, restaurants and shops. Clean and quite. Friendly and helpful staff.

Internet signal was not available unless in the lobby or close by. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. if cost is an issue, charge more; I’d gladly pay.

The hotel good & very pleasent. the staff very nice and helpful. The hotel and the room designed with a lot of Art objects. Hot water & good streaming. The little pool on the roof was very refreshing after a long day.

Bancuang mainson.

The location is excellent. It is a small walk to coron town, but you dont hear al the noise feom outside. The room was a good size and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice! The staff helped us so much during our stay, that was really good service.

The hotel has a lot of stairs, so if you have bad mobility this May not be for you.

really excellent location within minutes of the tour agency offices and places to eat. really nice staff working at the desk and really kind security man super helpful always

Good

Clean room, large bathroom. Water coolers with free cold drinking water so we didn't have to buy any bottled water. Hotel is one the main road but a bit outside of town so not as noicy as where all the restaurants are. Short walk to all the restaurants. Nice staff. Free pool towels. They had some chairs and tables on the floor above the restaurant where it was a nice view of the sunset, good place to sit and relax a bit at sunset.

Window in the room was blocked by a wall so we didn't get any daylight in the room, which can be fine for 1-2 nights but not that nice for longer. Didn't understand that when booking, especially when the room was called "Deluxe". Our room was behind the reception so in the mornings there was a lot of noice, had to use ear plugs to sleep. The pool is within the building around it so doesn't get much sun there, only 3 sun beds so if there is more people it can feel crowded (was empty when I was there so was fine). They only had the pump for filtering/cleaning the pool water on when someone is there so the water in the pool didn't look that nice. AC was quite loud.
